Perfect for elderly people or persons with special needs
My parents are elderly, have issues with memory, difficulty finding phone numbers in their cell phone, hard of hearing. So this phone was perfect. With a picture of their common contacts they a call people easily, they don’t have to fumble with the cell phone or remember to charge it which was the biggest issue with my dad. Now, he has no excuse for not answering the phone when we call. My mom can easily adjust the volume and hear every word unlike before. It was the greatest piece of mind for us, as kids to be able to reach them. My mom can easily adjust the volume and hear every word unlike before. And with the option to all the emergency button, one can program who gets notified or in what sequence when the button gets pressed if we choose to purchase that later. The phone was very easy for my mom to program. Well worth the money.

Great for seniors that have issues with smartphones and need a landline phone
Great large button phone. The programable speed dial buttons are perfect for seniors or persons that have difficulties remembering numbers or how to use a phone (such as stroke victims). You can custom the auto-dial buttons with labels or pictures. (size your pictures to .76 inches high by .83 inches wide). The optional voicemail does not have to be used. If you do not use it, the phone simply hangs up if the call goes unanswered. The ringer has an adjustable volume button, as does the handset volume. We are currently using this in an assisted living environment, and it has made communication so easy for all involved. It was a great transition from a smartphone designed for seniors.

A must have.
One of my best purchases of 2026. I know this type of phone is very outdated for 2026 but I have a neurodivergent child who has reached the age of being able to be left home alone for short periods of time. Not a kid that I can leave with a cell phone and I was tired of her calling me through the Alexa. Plus I have an elderly mother who lives in my house. Anyhow I bought this phone because of the One touch dial capabilities. I also love that it has a red emergency button so there's no guessing and no reading involved. You just pick up the lever and hit the red button and immediately it dials 911 (provided you program it to) And that takes me to the programming. You hit one button to initiate the programming then you hit the picture tile you want the number placed at and enter the number and then back to the program button and you're done ! It is so simple and foolproof. I didn't think we would be using the home phone as much as we have been but it's been amazing. I paired this with a magicJack which works great by the way. I have even had to use it to dial 911 and it works smoothly. It was nice being able to just pick up the receiver Hit the emergency button and have 911 there, no searching for my cell phone, no wondering what button to hit. I like that all my daughter has to do is pick up the receiver tap my picture and we're connected. I think this is a must-have phone for anybody who has neurodivergent people elderly people or just want a house phone that is super easy and convenient. I don't mind the build quality it isn't cheap but it isn't top tier either. I purchased another phone similar to this online which I returned but this one is a definite keeper. I also like how simple it is to put the call on speaker. So I can call home and talk to my kids on speakerphone and it's easy for them to manage. Honestly I'm really impressed with this phone.

Good phone!
We received this phone a couple of days ago. I had to have a new line ran in my house so that it would work because we are on internet service for our phones. So if you have a phone that's not direct wired near you for how your service is please make sure you have that set up. I would highly recommend that you take all of the little plastic covers off and put the identifier for each speed dial button in before you ever connect the phone. I was working to get this done with the phone plugged in and had accidentally called the police trying to get one of those little squares out. I was trying to put the label in then program it one at a time. Instead of labeling all of them and then programming them after I got the labels in. While doing it my little project of labeling everything there was a knock at the front door and the police were there because I had accidentally called 911 on the emergency button. And I'm sure the dispatcher got an earful! Because those little clear plastic protectors are a little hard to get in and out. And all I was saying is stuff like well crap come on, will you please come out. Dang it go in there, why are they so hard to get in. I will say the cop did have a smile on his face when I told him what was going on. So just please note to always put your labels in before you ever plug your phone in. On a serious note my mother does like her phone. It's so much simpler for her to use. Her memory has gotten bad on how to use the phone book on her cordless phone, and her eyesight's not as good as it once was so this phone is perfect for her period the ringer is very loud and she has no complaints with being able to hear. Hopefully our cats won't walk across it and dial somebody again. We did take the 911 option off because of that. But so far we like the phone.

Super loud and easy to set up
Phone works as it should, the custom buttons are great for the elderly and easy enough to set up. I want to let buyers know that this phone is LOUD!!!! If you turn it all the way up it sounds like a machine gun going off in the nursing home, it’s AWESOME. If your elderly family member doesn’t like using their hearing aids, this phone will get through to them.

Way too loud with no way to turn down
I should have believed my mother that it didn't work correctly. I thought maybe she wasn't using it right. She has dementia, and things like volume can be hard for her to figure out. But this dumb phone was stuck with an alarmingly loud volume that wouldn't adjust with any of the settings, getting dozens of spam calls a day, and it was really jarring. I didnt know until I flew down to visit her. I tried everything to mute it or lower it but it wouldn't budge, just nonstop screaming sounds, We ended up unplugging it. I waited too long to return it. My bad.

Helpful but a Bit Tricky to set up
I purchased this for my mother, who has dementia, because she can’t use a cell phone anymore and needed something simpler. Functionally, the phone works well—the sound is clear and amplified, and she can easily pick up and make calls. The photo feature setup is tricky, especially sizing the photos so she can tell who’s calling, but once we figured it out, it works as intended. The lack of a display showing who is calling is a challenge, and the on/off button for the answering machine is confusing for her—we even had to tape a note on it. Despite these small hurdles, it’s durable, straightforward in design, and provides a much-needed solution for staying connected safely.

Phone for Father in law
It's perfect for my 94 year old father in law. The numbers are large and we programmed all his children phone numbers on the speed dial buttons
