Best Tawa and definitely recommend. Worth the price.

This is my first iron Tawa. I have been using nonstick tawa past many years. It is well pre seasoned. I tried making Dosa but first it didn't come out fine. Next one was sticking at one side. Then I tried rubbing onion with some oil and tried making Dosa again. It worked like charm. Dosa came out perfectly. I noticed that even the texture of the Dosa is different and crispy too.

Measured Specifications are Misleading,

Just Measured The Thickness at center is less than 4mm, Border is only 7.5mm, against 10mm. Diameter is 11.5" against 12" Hence Returned.............

It's just wonderful..I am very happy with the tawa..well packed.. delivered in time.quality is just super.. already seasoned,but needs bit oiling cleaning and oiling 1or 2 days , ready to use..if looking for best cast iron dosa tawa.just buy it.....i love it
