Pure vegan. No unpleasant taste or GI effects. Great dosage and great price!
At first glance this appears high priced, but in fact this product is a good value. The 120 quantity is a two to four month supply with an ideal dosage depending on whether you want to take one or two pills each day. Two is the recommended dosage, but half may work great depending on your diet. Other brands I tried had unpleasant belching aftertaste, but I have had no noticeable negative effects from this product. It is easy to swallow and purely vegan as the name implies. Maybe not really needed, but even if you take it only every other day it will provide a significant amount of dha and omega 3 which do have known benefits. If you prefer to minimize supplementation then you can get your cost down to $6 a month if you take only 1 every day which may be good insurance. Sure you can spend $100 for a mail in blood test, but why not just take these and don't worry about it? You could probably do just as much good taking one every other day if your diet is really good. I am 65 and have had a fading sense of smell over the last couple of years, and a couple of days after taking this I noticed an improvement. Sense of smell is a strong indicator of some neural conditions. Placebo, coincidence or bias? Could be. Will let you know.

Perfect Omega-3 for People Who Hate Fish
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have a fish allergy and have always been disgusted by fish, so I was very hesitant to try any omega-3 supplement. I read the reviews and finally decided to try Zenwise Vegan Omega 3. I was nervous taking the first capsule, but there was no smell, no fishy taste, and no fish burps at all. I highly recommend this to anyone with fish allergies or who can’t tolerate fish oil.

Brain and bod on fleek in less than a week
Brain fog. Painful joints. Mood swings. Dry skin. I'd been blaming this on school related stress for a while. But, with all the vegan Youtubers suddenly quitting their plant based diets due to these same side effects, I started to wonder if I should too. Then I started doing my research. Was I deficient in Omegas? I tried the plant based precursors to DHA. I paid a lot for them too... yet I was still suffering. Then I found this stuff. And, while I know that it's supposed to take far longer to start working than what I noticed, I don't care. Maybe it's placebo effect. I'm willing to invite that possibility. (That said, I wanted so badly for all the other supplements I've wasted money on to work that if placebo effect was ever gonna work, it would've worked on those ones long ago. And you won't see good reviews on any've those from me...) Or maybe I was just so deficient that my body sucked it up double fast. All I know is that, for the first time in a while, the brain fog evaporated, I could concentrate, and I've been waking up with less joint pain than I've had in quite a while. So, if you're on a plant based diet and you're considering throwing in the towel in favor of munching creatures again, give this stuff a try first, if you like. I rarely come back to write positive reviews. But this is the one time I just had to save someone out there the trouble of switching back to a SAD diet or having to make a "Why I left veganism" video on Youtube; because aside from these newer symptoms, a plant based diet had been the best way for me to maintain weight and keep my energy up. And now I've got the best of all worlds again. However, if you don't wanna pay for this product, there are alternatives. See, when I rewinded my mind tape and did the math, I figured it out. I saw why I didn't have the brain fog for the first years of my vegan diet: I was eating a lot of those seaweed based wraps and Japanese salads that are teeming with the same stuff. Within no time of switching to less expensive food (hashtag: student budget), said symptoms set in. Now they're gone. In sum, you could do the seaweed or you could do this stuff. I just find this quicker and cheaper than the amount of algae I'd hafta pack in my gastric cavity to get the DHA I need each day :)

Good Product!
I had researched and read several books on living longer and better. One of the suggestions was a Vegan form of DHA, EPA, Etc. Zenwise I found and so far I like it. I just read an article about trials that had shown higher doses of these compounds helped memory. I have doubled my daily intake. I gave it a 4 only because I can't guarantee it's the #1 rated product. If you try to research that, you just get Ads about how theirs is the greatest. But I'm happy and it doesn't bother my stomach and I'm not burping fish oil! dp

Amazing Pills
I am so pleased with this amazing vitamin, in the short time I have been taking it I have seen remarkable improvement in how I feel. the pill is the perfect size so it is easy to take, does not have any fishy aftertaste and works wonders. It is said that it helps with circulation, joints, memory, hair and skin and believe me it does. I work from home as a transcriptionist and the hours are tedious as well as the speech being monotone so I tend to lose focus and get tired very quickly. Well, with this little gem of a pill I feel no loss of focus, no struggling to stay awake because of losing focus and my fingers have never felt better. I have noticed less aches and pains in my wrists and joints since taking this as well as my skin is now looking much healthier. I used to have large age spots on my face and now I have noticed after just one short while that they are beginning to fade, that to me is a miracle in itself. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to improve their overall health.

Alertness alert! This is way better (for me) than I expected.
My personal experience: I mainly tried this because I am a vegetarian (about 20 years) and had read quite a bit about EPA/DHA. I did not expect quick results but I felt substantially more alert within a day or two. I have been taking two of these a day for about a month and continue to experience noticeably improved alertness. After about a week of starting to take the omega 3 supplement, I actually cut my coffee consumption (from 5 to 2 cups a day). I get to sleep faster than I used to (but that could be due to the reduced coffee consumption). Caveats and a couple of other thoughts: 1. I'm a vegetarian. My wife isn't. She said she thought it helped, but I don't think she experienced the same level of immediate benefit that I did (but I notice that she's still taking them). 2. If you are not a vegetarian, you may be able to get EPA/DHA from diet (e.g., salmon and a few other things you can look up on the internet) or you might want to consider fish oil. 3. I do not like to take pills. I do take a couple of prescriptions, but the only other supplement I take is a multivitamin (but since I am a vegetarian, I do keep an eye on things like B-12 and iron levels -- both when I get my annual physical and iron whenever I donate blood). 4. These are the results for a small sample. They may or may not generalize to a larger population (These two sentences might lead some of you to conclude that I am a statistician. Bingo.) 5. I read a lot about this before giving it a try (as much as I could find). 6. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I've taken the time to review a product. Conclusions: 1. Who knows if this will work for you? That said, I am really pleased with the product and its immediate effects. If the main benefit you are looking is alertness, my personal experience suggests that it might not take very long for you to know whether or not it works for you. I really can't (personally) say much about other stated benefits. 2. I haven't talked to my doctor yet, but I will (and you probably should too). I have a regular appointment (with a neurologist) coming up in a few weeks and will definitely be asking him what he thinks. I'll try to remember to update this then. 3. I've have purchased a second bottle and plan to purchase a third shortly after opening the second. Absent doctor's orders to quit or some negative consequence I don't expect, I plan on using for the rest of my life. Update April 2019: My appointment with my doctor isn't until next month (and I'll have more to say then)but I have an additional comment. In my first review, I noted that I had dropped from 5 to 2 cups of coffee per day. I do like the taste of coffee but I have switched to decaffeinated. I read a fair amount (usually 3 - 12 hours a day) and used to have to drink coffee while I read (and that 5 cups a day was probably an underestimate, especially on days I read more than 4-5 hours). I just don't need any caffeine (drinking decaffeinated tea too) to feel awake and alert. As JB would put it, "I feel good ...").

Easy to swallow, easy to digest...
A great vegan (plant-derived) omega-3 supplement. These smaller softgels are easy to swallow, and easy to digest. And these softgels are just the right size for me - not too small, not too large. A fine product!

Pfffft what can you say about a vendor that takes an entire week just to ship your order.
The product itself is great. I'd never buy again though. Vendor took a whole week to even ship. FAIL
