If i can deadlift about 160kg 1 rep without straps, which coc should i buy to start off with?

Umm not sure I've never really deadlift. If you have a good grip I would say the Trainer or #1 see how that goes Hope it helps.

Do these help build forearm mass?

Yes. Depending on how many reps you do. 5 or less for strength. Up to 10 for muscle mass. I would also recommend doing static holds in the closed position for crushing grip strength.

My hands are fairly small so will I struggle to grip this in my hand to exercise properly?

It depends how small your hands are. My are 7 inch from wrist to middle finger. I struggle sometimes Just keep practice you should be okay.

I use a computer a lot and my mouse hand gets a bit stiff, where I feel I need to "stretch" my fingers out more. Would one of these be suitable?

Yes. It will help but start off with the Guide or sport, and work your way up. If not you could get injured like I did and it takes months to heal.
