This stuff is the real deal. I used to be a heavy smoker and THC user and my count and motility was way down. I took these for about 3-4 months and went back to test it. My count, volume, morphology, and motility all increased. I recommend exercising weekly as well for best results. I did notice my energy increased as well as my focus through the day. I personally didn’t have any side effects. The pills taste like strong lemons. Yea this stuff is a little pricey but it works. I’d say give it a try for at least 3 months since that’s how long the sperm cycles last. I really like this supplement. It gives me energy and helps me think clearly through the day. As far as fertility goes, my wife and I are still trying. I've been taking this for two months and still hopeful that things will work out for us. Great vitamin supplement that makes me feel good.
