You can get a PayPal card reader which has no extra charges, where as sum up charges 2% on every transaction. **Q: does this work worldwide?** A: It barely works anywhere **Q: What bank details will I need to load on the app for the payments to go through to myself? And is it safe?** A: It depends on how you define safe. As a seller it is probably safe, though for your customers it is a different matter. When they are typing in their PIN code you can see what they are typing on your telephone screen. i.e. you will see their PIN, which is not exactly ideal. I tried to raise this with them and they refused to even discuss the matter. I'm sure they are aware of it and hopefully they will rectify it as otherwise we will get customers refusing to pay if it is via SumUp. **Q: Has anyone had to contact customer service and if so how did it go?
