Will this fit with tire size ST175/80R13?

Can you duplicate the keys?

No...but they use the same key for every lock they sell! So, not a very secure lock. But if you do choose to use them in combination with some other locking system like I do just go buy a second one and you will have duplicate keys. I use two of these for my RV. But only as a visual deterrent given what I said above. Any determined their can just buy the same lock and they will have a key to yours.

What size lock. Trailer tires 205-75-R15

It has different slots to accommodate wider tires and rims. The wheel diameter of R15 will do fine.
