Poor customer service
Worked great for 2 years then stopped working. I contacted customer support to seek help troubleshooting. I tried all the suggested tips in the instructions. With a couple emails back and forth, they asked for an invoice and model number. I sent the screenshot of my purchase and gave them my model number. Havenโt seen a reply in a week. I am disappointed in the customer service. I will not purchase from this company again.

Time and labor saver.
The vacuum works reasonably well and mopping is good. I have used this for 18 months and if it broke tomorrow, I buy it again. It saves so much work and keeps the floor cleaner on a daily basis.

better than spending $1000
great alternative to spending $1000 for the same device. loved the mapping feature. battery doesn't last as long as id like for it to take care of 3 larger rooms. the bins are kinda a hassle to clean.

Don't bother. Find a reputable brand.
I have had this for maybe 2 years, and it won't work anymore. It's constantly going offline, so I'll get it back online, but then the battery is too low to run, even though it's been on the charger all night. So then I let it charge, but by the time I check it again, it's offline. And the app is horrible as well. All in all, very frustrating.

Worked for a year
This vacuum worked great for a year, then just didn't work right. It moved around aimlessly, and wouldn't go back to the charging base. The app is entire poo. Go with a product name that you've actually heard of.

I bought this May of 2023 and it worked 1 year.

good buy, but the battery lasts only a year
I have pets and the vacuum cleaner works wonderfully, I don't love the mopping, I replaced the battery every year, in general it works for me, but maybe like a cheaper one

Smart little vacuum.
I was hesitant to buy an expensive off brand vacuum but they price was right for the features. Turned out to work well, and even can mop the floors. I was surprised to see the auto-clean vacuum to suck out the dirt after running worked well. I can run a few days between emptying the home base bag. I wish there was no bag to replace thoughโฆ Follow up, they sell bags to replace and they work really well. This vacuum has been working great for months.
