At 10% this vinegar is too strong to put on your fish & chips. For that, flavoured vinegars, pickles etc you should ideally dilute it. As is, it has 101 uses in and around the house for cleaning, washing and hygiene. This one bottle (well 12 really I suppose) with, perhaps, the application of a little elbow grease and the addition of a little bi-carb could replace just about all the dozen or more different noxious cleaning preparations you have clogging up space under the sink, in the bathroom or out in the shed.Having mentioned the addition of bi-carb, an alkali, I should point out that the one neutralises the other out if left to stand so should only be mixed as required. The 2 also make a terrific volcano that will fascinate budding scientists.The reason I have docked a star is because the bottle it came in is made of a very thin plastic that does not feel particularly durable - especially considering that 1 of the 12 bottles I received arrived with a crack in it. The packaging and the bottles are bit grubby and I expect they have been stored somewhere for a while to get that way.
