This hearing amplifier was easy enough to use with quality sounds that I could hear from a distance. Looking to hear more distinctly, I found the ear piece to have quality sound and fit properly without discomfort. The package includes the amplifier, tools, a plug-in cord and direction. Before using the item, I started reviewing the instructions as I wanted to make sure I did this correctly. There are several important small knobs to be familiar with on the actual amplifier. You need to be aware of the power switch, the volume and the earplug size. What I found interesting is that it wasn't a left or right model, can fit into both ears. Additionally you can adjust the volume only when out of the ear as you need to use the screw driver provided to turn the knob. The device can be easily removed with your thumb and finger to pull it out without issue. Cleaning tools are also provided in case you have wax build up on the amplifier so you can brush it off. Overall, this amplifier is a solution to hearing noise further away. It's easy to use, can be charged and might be perfect if you are looking to hear sounds at a greater distance.

Device works well, small, with charger,I gave 4 stars,while in my ear for me seems to work better if I put my finger on aid while in my ear,also to change volume,u take out of ear and adjust with very small tool if u lose tool,use finger nail. Comes with diff size cups, I use one already on. For under $40, its a good bargain!

Effective ear piece. The quick user guide is easy to follow. I was able to hear some whistling. The whistling stops if I lower the volume, but at the cost of lower sound. The on off button is easy to operate the earplug, the volume control is a bit cumbersome as sometimes pushing it inward changes the volume. So I would use a small masking tape to keep it from turning. The devices remained charged for 35 hours, fast charging capability. These are a much cheaper alternate to standard prescription hearing aids.

These are hearing amplifiers not hearing aids. I like that the whole thing fits in your ear without any tubes over your ear. It comes with different tips to make it fit securely in your ear canal. It had a small charge when I received it. It didn't take long for it to fully charge. And this came with the cord and the plug! You usually have to use a plug you already have. So good on them for including that! The volume can be controlled by a tiny switch on the ear piece. I found I had to take it out to do this. I could not do it while it was in my ear. I don't have extreme hearing loss. So I started on a very low volume. I wore it the whole day. It sounded like a fan was blowing all the time. But it really amplified the sound! It comes with a small case to charge and store it in. These really are nicer than most hearing amplifiers. And if you only have hearing loss in one ear, it comes as a single device. Other than the continuous background noise, I really liked it. I don't know if I would get used to the sound or not. I haven't worn it more than one day. We will see.
