Really happy with this
Good magnesium spray - it helps me sleep

Used for muscle pain
I always repurchase Kiki magnesium oil which I use for neck pain. Touch wood my neck pain hasn’t been as bad since I started using it. I read this after reading that muscle pain can be made worse by magnesium deficiency and I find supplements hard to stomach. I prefer this to other brands I’ve tried and have repurchased several times.

Great product
Have been using this for a few weeks in the feet at bed time. Soaks in quickly and no sting like other brands. It does dry out the skin so moisturising in the morning is essential.

Not what expected
It's a nice bottle and with a spray function very easy to use. The instructions say spray after shower or bath for better absorption and rub in. I did this but probably because of the magnesium it left my skin feeling odd like there was something stuck to it. Sorry difficult to describe but I can't get on with this so threw away. I've used many oil sprays which normally leave your skin soft and smooth.

CURES NIGHT CRAMPS
Take Magnesium pills 3 each night that mostly sorts night cramps out, but if I do get them spraying this really works and the cramps disappear quite quickly.

Sleep will be so deep
Spray it on your feet before you go to bed or on your kids for a restful deep night sleep. Avoid spraying it anywhere you have a cut. It can feel a bit stingy if you spray it in some places. There hasn’t been any issues with spring it’s on sore muscles and the bottom of the feet. This is my second bottle.

Leaky bottle
Haven’t tried it yet, however, the bottle wasn’t sealed properly and some of the oil leaked into the box. Seems like a common issue
