I’ve been using Bach flower remedies for years. This one was especially helpful to me. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medication so I wanted something safe that would not give me negative side affects. Although their most famous product is rescue remedy, it's worth giving some of their other flower tinctures a try. I like taking this one starting in the morning when I have a social engagement later in the day or in the evening. It has a slightly sweet taste and is very easy to take, thanks to the precision dropper.
