Q: I've charged for several days--the red light has been on--but it won't turn on when holding down the pwr button. Help?

For anyone else with this problem: there is a yellow card inside the top with the instructions that tells you how to get it out of "battery protection mode." Basically charge it three hours, uunplug the big end of the USB cord, hold down the power button, plug the big end back into the power WHILE STILL HOLDING DOWN THE POWER BUTTON. Mine fired up right away doing that! Awesome little speaker.

Q: Have an iphone 5 and iphone 6 - with both of these phones, it plays for 30 seconds then shuts off - any ideas?

Make sure the battery is fully charged. If it is and still shuts off it sounds like it is defective.

Q: How do you turn it off?

1. Same way you turn it on: hold down the power button for a couple of seconds. How do you tell whether you turns it on or off? When it turns on, it plays a series of 3 notes, rising in pitch (followed by a high pitched note if it pairs successfully). When you turn it off it plays two notes, the second one lower than the first. 2. Stop playing music. If you pause or stop, it turns off automatically after a few minutes to save battery power.
