Should the ball joints be so stiff I cannot move them by hand? Got my parts today but ball joints won't move

They are tight, but don’t be concerned about being stiff. If they started out loose new, they would not have a long life. If yours did not have access to grease the ball joints, they are packed with the lifetime supply of grease already . Move the joint it to allow it to be installed properly. As soon as you drive this, they will be fine. I installed my control arms a few months ago and they are incredible.
