No break outs, no irritations, and organic. I will buy again when I run out, and that will be a while . The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's not fine enough in the grind. It needs a little more grinding. It is A *little bit course, and the blush is fantastic. I use professional brushes as a 35 + year cosmetologist and this is a very nice product and a very nice color. I believe it would match all skin tones because it is a beige on the darker side but not dark at all. I love it and thank you.
