Performs as expecte
Definitely got what I expected out of this combo! Got it on sale and it has been performed as expected for the price and make! I got the blue combo and love the color on it. Paired it with blue braided line and cast surprisingly smoothe. Im still a little skeptical on the rod as I try not to rip the fish out of the water when i set the hook but so far it has held up nicely.

AVOID, you have been warned!
wow, is this thing bad. 3rd fish I caught, broke the rod (split at the connecting point of the 2 parts). fish wasn't a record breaker, maybe 1.5 pounds. I swapped the reel to another rod, and within 10 minutes, the handle on the reel started to spin after hitting the spool release. luckily smacking it on the side seems to make the release kick back. but by that time, reeling in the line in felt like the bearings were lubed with sand. I planned to take a video of me throwing the pieces of this thing in the lake, but it got dark. AVOID AT ALL COST, this is a extreme waste of time and money.

Very good rod recommendation
Amazing rod for the price everything works as it should I’ve had it for over a month and nothing has broken on it if it does your not using it right. It’s not all about who has the most expensive rod if you set this thing up right it will cast without thumbing it. Recommend
