I bought this mask to wear while making lye for soap. Lye gives off very harsh fumes, so it is recommended to prepare it in a well ventilated area. I did not feel this recommendation went far enough for me, as I’ve had severe chest infections in the past and wanted to protect my lungs. My initial thought after putting this mask on that I wanted to wear it all the time. The air was so clear. Now I use it all the time for soap making, and it has enabled me to speed up the process. I would highly recommend this mask.

I'm very satisfied with it. This is the first this kind of mask that i used, but no smell from the paints gets trough, easy to bread. Love it. Fits very well on face and i have pretty big nose.

Arrived well packaged, came with extra filters. Sealed package for the internal filter (for fumes). Easily put together before use. Only three parts to put together. Clciked into place and the face bands are comfortable enough. One goes over the head and the other behind the neck area. I used Waterproof paint for my cellar, and the fumes were hurting my eyes when I wasn't wearing my goggles. So if I had not been using this mask it would have been horrendous. Whilst using them I couldn't smell anything, the valve to breathe was not constrictive of breathing normally. Overall I think they are good for its purpose. Appearently they have a shelf life of about 30 days of constant use.

This was great - I had an application that was going to generate dust that is definitely not good for people and wanted and needed a mask I chose this one - good price and initial reviews were a deciding factor For my use - it was easy to adjust to fir my face, once on it was comfortable to wear, I had no sense of breathing restriction and I did not get too sweaty wearing the mask where it fitted on my face, and I got no hint of dust or fumes during the job I was doing. At the end of the job the filter pads I fitted showed that dust was being blocked (and there are several sets provided giving some longevity in use with what's provided. Very happy

Fits well and does the job well. A bit sweaty around cheeks but as expected .

First time it worked great. Second time condensation built and starting dripping out of the mask… and I could smell the varnish…. Is it a one time use only? I thought it’d last longer
