perfect fit
This pump fit perfectly in my 85 Toyota PU EFI. The kit is also a perfect fit. You have to use the old screen. Great value and running fine. It was easier for me to unbolt the bed and slide it over than dropping the tank. (8 bolts easy to get to). Air tools and 1hr did the job right on the ground.

Pump works
We ordered this part for a 1989 toyota pickup... The fuel pump works good! The sock is good quality but wouldn't work, we used the old one. Spoke to the CS of the supplier & they was very nice & understanding. Although the sock didn't work, the fuel pump did & the customer service was amazing. I would recommend this company..

Little champ!
I am very impressed with this fuel pump. I put this pump in a recently cleaned metal gas tank. The gas tank was not sealed and began to oxidize. When I started having injector related misfires I found a rusty gas tank. For months the fuel pump had no problems supplying adequate pressure and volume. I am getting another one of these because I know they can handle a lot of dirty fuel and keep on pumping!

Caution for 1988 Civic 4 door DX
Easy install. Plug and play. I saw a review about the strainer being too short. That's correct for my new tank as well. So sadly I was priming a dry pump. Had to add another 4 gallons of gas to figure that out. Price is right, just go buy a different looking strainer.

Fuel pump failed within 5 minutes.
Failed right after installing. Went to start car and could hear pump. Then I started the cat up and within a few seconds the car died. Cycled the key and couldnt hear the fuel pump. Tried to start. Nothing. Removed fuel line and ran to bucket to test if it was pumping. Nothing. Removed fuel pump and bench tested it. Completely dead. Do not recommend. Better off buying a better product.
