The Burchda R5 Pro e-bike has completely exceeded my expectations in every way. Its powerful motor and smooth acceleration make uphill rides and long commutes effortless and enjoyable. I was especially impressed with the battery life—easily lasting me over 45 miles on a single charge with pedal assist. The build quality feels solid and premium, with a sleek design that turns heads wherever I go. The fat tires handle rough terrain, gravel, and city streets with impressive stability and comfort. I also love the LCD display, which provides all the essential info at a glance. Overall, the R5 Pro is an outstanding e-bike that delivers performance, reliability, and style—I highly recommend it!

Let me start off by saying that it is a very well built piece of hardware and assembly was very easy, since most of the bike was assembled from the box, except the front tire, handle bars, front fender, rear rack and accessories. Everything functions as advertised and I am very happy with the ride and handling of the bike so far. I am 6' 1" @ 230lbs and this bike feels stable and is easy to control. The display monitor is very visible in any light condition and displays all necessary stats. Shipping was fast.

I've had this bike now for a few months and I've been holding off on writing a review. The first thing I like about this bike is it looks like a traditional mountain bike. Most E-bikes look like they should have circus bears riding them. They are just so weird looking. The next thing I like is how much fun it is to ride. I personally don't ride for exercise, I ride because it's always been fun and now that I'm older, the bike makes it so much easier to just enjoy the ride instead of having to get off and walk it when I just can't hack it. That being said, even thr steepest of hills are challenging at the highest setting. The battery is super great too. I've gone for a few 10+ mile rides and barely made a dent in it when fully charged. The best thing, for me though, is it can fold in half. I live in a one bedroom duplex and the fact it can fold saves me a bunch of space. That said, there are some downsides. One is the fact you can't reset the odometer unless you havw the company's crappy, and rather sketchy, mobile app. The other thing I've noticed is that the gears slip when I'm going up a steep hill. This might be my own doing because I keep the gears at the lowest setting but I am not entirely sure. I personally don't ever having these types of issues on a regular bicycle. The other thing that sort of stinks is the weight. If you have to go up stairs, like I do, to get it in and out of the house then the weight of the bike is killer. Overall it is a really good purchase. Despite the negatives the price is just too good if you're looking for aan e-bike that can fit into a small storage space and still get you too and from your destinations with no problem. And when compared to other E-bikes, the price is just worth it in the end.

I wanted an e-bike to commute to work in Center City. This bike is perfect. It came 95% assembled. It rides high with the larger wheels so it’s safer in traffic. The fat wheels also handle the city curbs. It has good pickup (with 5 speed pedal assist) and keeps up with morning and evening traffic. Their customer service deserves a shout out. The bike folds and did not have the foldable pedals. They responded quickly and sent them within the week. It even comes with two warranties. There are many more safety features you can read about. Great bike. Tolerances are tight, quality materials, well made overall and solidly engineered. BUT, the instructions suck imo. Almost worthless. The good news is most of it was fairly intuitive. Took a about two hours to complete.

This is my 3rd ebike. The Damson R5 was a great value choice for me because of its quality, comfort, accessories like the light and mirrors, battery life, quick shipping, and easy of assembly. ...and I think it looks cool. ...and it's fun to ride. My only small suggestion is I wish the handlebars were higher, but I took care of it with an extension from Amazon for $12. Add your favorite accessory as we all do then hit the road.

This bike is amazing. It looks great, rides amazing, picks up speed very quick and it breaks fast, the battery stay charge for a very long time. I’m 5 feet 6 inches tall I have to have the seat all the way down. The only dislike is it goes up to 27mph not 30 as advertised. I have been getting a lot of compliments on it I really like it & having a great time with it.

Bike works well. Does not reach advertised speeds, though that's a good thing considering the bike would likely be illegal in most us states if it did. I have gotten it to 26.5 on a flat stretch using PAS 5 and gear 7. Though it's much more comfortable at 18.3 mph, PAS 3 Gear 7, and I can get much better Range at this speed. Was easy to put together, though it was missing 1 bolt when I did so. However the customer support was relatively responsive, getting back to me within 2 business days, and shipping me a new bolt without any extra cost. Range is about 30 miles on one charge through hilly county roads using PAS 3 for most of the trip and PAS 5 to assist with some of the really steep hills. Range would likely be better if I didn't weight so much. I did end up buying some turn signals for the bike that help, as drives around here forget or ignore hand signals. I might replace the seat, as it's a bit too small for commuting, but I'm not sure yet. Got 50 miles on it so far, and will likely put many more .miles on it as I start using it to commute to work.

I'm a heavier guy so I thought id give this bike a try as it says it has a high weight rating. The bike is built solid has lots of powder and im very impressed with the battery life so far, would recommend

I received the bike within the timelines advised and so could not be happier, the build itself was straight forward enough, plenty of videos online for the R5 just in case you have issues (front light was my only stumbling block). The quality is very good, it is certainly on the heavier side but not too much of an issue and handles well. I had one issue and so a note to all when assembling, the rear stowage rack assembly is very strong, it is being held by some small bolts not sure the size maybe M3 or 4, you really need to tighten both in unison, I had both in and one partial whilst tightening and it popped the other one out, which meant it stripped the threads in the frame not the bolt and now I cannot secure it properly! Not sure what to do at this time, likely need to re-thread with tap set and put larger bolt in! Other than that I personally think this bike is very good and my son, who it was a gift for is extremely happy.

⭐ Very Disappointed – Battery Failed for the Second Time I am extremely disappointed with this e-bike. The battery has failed for the second time, which is completely unacceptable for a product that I expected to be reliable and dependable. The first battery failure was already frustrating, but having the same problem happen again makes me seriously question the quality and reliability of this product. An e-bike is only as useful as its battery, and having it fail repeatedly has caused me a lot of inconvenience and wasted time. I bought this e-bike expecting to enjoy riding it without constantly worrying about whether the battery will work. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Two battery failures is simply too much, and I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. I hope the manufacturer takes this issue seriously and provides a proper, long-term solution, rather than simply replacing the battery and allowing the same problem to happen again. Very disappointed with this purchase. I expected much better quality and reliability.

*update* *satisfied now* the company has been in touch very promptly and worked on solving the problem! It was a brake cable senor that had been pinched when folding and transporting I assume. This prevented the motor from engaging, I'm waiting on a replacement. I had also accidentally reset my bike and they were able to help unlock it again so I could use at maximum speed. I have been able to transport gear down trails for camping on the back rack as well as a seat to bring a kid as a passenger I am willing to change my review pending response from company and perhaps a defective bike. Brand new put about 9 miles on it (great and fun at this point) packed it up and the very next day it would not work! It was fully charged before first use, and even charged before 2nd use...all electronics work except motor.....very expensive junk if I don't receive a refund or new bike! (Seems decent quality otherwise) I will update when I hear from company

Range is not even close what seller is advertising, riding it 3 days now , I charged it to the full and battery hardly hardly last for 10 miles very upsetting reached out to seller but response
