Got it setup but needed to watch Youtube videos for balancing, a bit tricky but to be expected I think. Got a few prints in already and satisfied for the price and size of the printer. Can't vouch for durability yet though

Cheaply made printer. Doesn't work at all. Unless you speak Chinese don't expect to get any help from their customer service. I can't believe a company is in business selling such a poor quality product. DO NOT BUY.

Well I tried to love this compact little machine , watched videos , checked many reviews , figured this would be the best option , boy was I wrong . Printed first test on preloaded files , worked great , did a few little things , had a few fails and few success prints , figured it was getting the new machine dialed in , looked at all forums and everything about this machine , should have been dialed in , nope any other file I tried to print was sloppy , yes had proper temps , feed and retraction rates , tried this set of legs for a model 3rd time trying it failed 3 different ways , when I seen what I saw in this photo I took I drew the line ,I've wasted a whole roll of filament , being sent back , should have took more pics of failed prints but again figured it was due to having to tune the machine , not impressed, probably going to get an ender

It’s a cheap 3d printer. That’s the short story. The print quality is ok when you can get it to print. Once it gets going then all the new headaches start. Printing anything with supports is a real challenge. Thin long pieces don’t even think about it. It’s all because the printer doesn’t really listen to the given gcode. The printer prints at whatever speed it wants to, has problems attaching the part to the support, and when i emailed tech support 2 weeks ago I never heard any reply. That being said it will print parts but they will not be perfect. It’s a 180 dollar 3d printer expectations weren’t super high. Edit- after switching slicers the crux 1 is a new printer. From cura to prusa made a world of difference. Used the mini prusa profile and changed retract to 7. Printing like a champion.
