What’s the ultrasonic frequency? (the Hz)

The guy before is incorrect. All ultrasonic cleaners on the market operate under 50khz. This one is 19khz. I just tested it with an audio spectrogram. And its cheap and bleeds frequencies from 13khz to 22khz.

What’s is the purpose of the plastic tray?

To lift out your trays, retainer, or if you use it to clean smaller items.

Is this machine loud?

It makes noise, I wouldn't call it loud, but it's not quite. It's a little hard to describe, there is a vibrating noise, as well as a low buzz. I'd say the noise is similar to that of an electric toothbrush.

Does only the tip of the UV bulb light up or the whole thing supposed to?

Mine lights about half of the bulb.
