Nice addition to my car
Several years ago, while backing out of my garage, I whacked the right side mirror on the frame of the door. Shattered the glass, but the cap looked okay. I replaced the glass without having to remove the cap. Recently, I switched out the turn signals for sequential turn signals, and had to take the cap off. When I tried to put the right one back on, I found that it had gotten damaged, and wouldn't go back on.I looked around for plain gloss black caps, but had trouble finding them. Then I found these, and they weren't much difference in price than plain caps. They fit right on with no problems.They are not completely carbon fiber (and they don't cost that much either), but it does look like the outer layer(s) are real carbon fiber to my ordinary eyes.
