It doesn't work, when you try to charge it it reads battery full and accepts no charge.

I can't really rate this product, because like the battery it was to replace, it doesn't hold the charge for more than half a day. So it could be a problem with the phone (ten years old) rather than the battery. Any suggestions would be welcome.
