Hexagonal Graph Paper, 100 sheets, 1" Hexes, .5" Radius. Perfect bound, no border lines. Edition Fleury 2014. There are many sources of free graph paper online, but it can become expensive to use your own printer and ink, or simply run it in multiple copies at your local printer. Here you have a very nice handy book to keep all your ideas, designs, and drawings in one place. Ideal for the architect, designer, or gamer, this book will become a godsend to you, cheaper than most alternatives. Many sizes are available, so don't settle for something you don't need or won't use. Review: Perfect for paper based gamers/referees for Traveller/ADnD etc - As a player of the RPG game Traveller (original version) these pads are perfect, the 9 x 11 hexes are great for the creation of interstellar maps. Well worth the money as printing hex grids from the internet is extremely costly in terms of ink. The other pads this company offfers are also great value and ideal from wargamers and rpg gamers/referees with half inch and inch squares. They arrive quickly too. Review: Not as useful as it claims. - It's a Print on Demand so Quality isn't that great. Also, hex are printed are on both sides of sheets and paper thin you can only really use one side as the other side would show through if you used anything but a pencil, so really 50 usable pages. It's a bound spine book with no perforations so you cannot simply rip out a page to use. Difficult to stay open flat due to the binding. From the review previously read, it was under the assumption it was more like a pad rather than a book so I would say only be useful for people drawing their own images rather than use in an RPG scenario. Hexes don't reach to end of paper so quite wasteful Still better to photo copy for that.

Not fir for purpose
Bought this hexagonal notepad to help me study biochemistry. The lines are too thick and dark tracing over them drawing chemical structures is pointless as you cant see the lines.

A soft bound BOOK of wonderful hex paper.
I thought I was buying a somewhat typical "pad" of hex paper, with a cardboard back and a flimsy cover that you'd pretty much toss when you receive it. Nope ... this is essentially a soft cover BOOK of hex paper. When you're done, you'll have a soft bound book of your illustrations, which can be a really great thing. Unless you want a pad you can easily rip pages from ... which this is not. You certainly CAN remove pages from this book, but I'd say that would be a less than ideal way to use these pages. So, if you're looking for a soft bound book of blank hex pages of very rather high quality, then this is a great product for you. I love this and have already ordered the 1/2" hex version.

Good for what it is.
Easy bleeds through but it serves its purpose for bullet journaling.

Not quite 1-inch.
The hexes aren't one-inch. They are 21mm side-to-side and 24mm point-to-point, 13/16 of an inch side-to-side and 15/16 of an inch point-to-point. So it is too small for 25 to 28mm gaming. Also the lines are thicker on the diagonal edges than the straight edges. If you like bound graph paper for mapping or art, it might suffice, but I'd like it to be more precise. I'd rather have hexes that were actually one inch side-to-side, and I purchased this book thinking that would be the case. One strong point is that the printing on one side matches exactly with the other side, so a two-sided design held up to the light will line up with the back.

This is great paper for me as a quilter
This is great paper for me as a quilter. I can color in designs and use this paper in making up my own patterns. It's easy to use and the right size hexagons. If I could change anything, I'd like it to be perforated for sheet removal.
