Blue tooth work and light excellent

1st day after being unpacked and assembled we find that half of LED lights don’t work. Speakers doesn’t work. Whole bunch of cords hanging out of the chair due to poor cable management/bundling. Lumbar massager not even integrated into the system/ needs own power. No instructions relating to the electric connections & step 3 of the ones they gave were incorrect. Returning ASAP.My spider senses were tingling when I read the only review on this post, and it started off by saying,"Ignore the other negative reviews…" Funny thing though is that there were no other reviews posted at that time except for that one. This is indicative that the original product was was deleted and reposted to only reference the one good review that they had (which was probably posted by a family member). Well, in your case, at least you have my review to reference for however long this current posting is on here before the cycle of delete/repost starts again. Thus, my advice to you is to avoid this particular product until the manufacture addresses these issues. I'm as sympathetic to the entrepreneurs and all, but i just don't like deception. And this indeed appears to be the case with this vendor.P.S. Please bear in mind that this chair doesn't come with bluetooth capabilities so u would have needed to purchase and adapter of sorts (if the sound actually worked) to enable this capability.

The media could not be loaded.  Ignore the other reviews on here. It did take a while for it to come in, but it was worth it!!! It’s Beautiful and the leather is of good quality. I love the Led lights and the massage works well. It’s comfortable for playing games. I was surprised of how loud the speakers were too. I would recommend this!!!

SPEAKERS ARE NOT BLUETOOTH! Product also came damaged, slight tear in back but was covered by metal bar and LED only worked in one spot.Also a lot of unorganized cables. There are 3 USBs and a bulky plug to use if you want to have everything running at the same time which is hard with how short some of the cables are.The massage feature was decent, except the lumbar support cushion seems like it was an after thought since it's not tied into the other massage controls and is one of the USBs you would need to plug in.All in all, not worth the money. In process of returning. Glad to be go8ng through Amazon, or this may have been a nightmare to return.
