Now I have time to review cause it show results, my Venus fly trap is loving this soil and will buy this again. This is amazing and it feels soft.

Brought this to re pot my venus fly trap which had been supplied in a very small pot for is size. Since repotting with this soil it has flourished. It is visibly growing every day and within 2 weeks is starting to flower. This soil helps hold teh water in hot temperatures and it was easy to use what I needed thanks to the resealable top on the bag.

I recently used the Growlands Premium Carnivorous Plant Soil to repot my butterwort and Venus flytrap, and I'm thrilled with the results. Great stuff! Smells, looks and feels right. Nice bit of Perlite action going on, too. Really easy to repot with and, as all of my plants are in clear pots, you can tell by the root development and health that they love it. Particularly the Pitchers. As you only repot into a slightly larger pot, the bag size is perfect as you don't use that much. Makes it great value for money, too.

Pricey, but now Peat is unavailable for multiple, genuine reasons, a great alternative. My vast array of plants seem to love it, even when grown from Gemmae, so wouldn't use anything else.

Fly traps are still thriving!
