can this be used in a pressure washer?

I don’t think it’s designed for pressure washers I can recommend katcher pressure wash product 😄

On the 5l bottle says uk but not clear but very good stuff rain beads on car it lasts me over 12months and wash car every week weather permitting

Is this car shampoo/wax actually pH neutral?

It should be according to the description. To one of the answers below - it probably didn’t remove your wax but it did put a coating over it meaning it hid the properties of your actual wax

Can this product be used in a foam dispenser ?

I use this product by mixing in a bucket of water and hand washing with a sponge. It is a good shampoo and cleans well. However, it is not particularly foamy, so don't think it would be suitable in a foam dispenser. May be worth checking with the supplier.
