Can’t get my brand new rotisserie to work what am I doing wrong help please

Make sure you turn the plug and timer on. When plugged in and door open a blue neon light will appear in the bottom under element. When the door is completely closed only then it will heat up and rotate. It will smell to start until burns off oil etc.

Can you remove the glass and wash it?

Only if you remove the six screws securing the lid. Better to clean the glass with non scratch pad and cream cleanser. Rinse thouroughly after!

Do you sell the skewers that fit separately? Mine have been lost

What is the internal temperature? so i know how long to cook meat for, you’ve only put wattage and i don’t know how to convert to celsius.

not ever worried about the temperature to be honest. 1.6 kg chicken takes about 90 minutes ( as it did in our old one )
