This product, ordered in white, is exactly like the seller's own display pictures. It is metal coated with white and has nice quality wooden knobs on the end of the hanging sections. It was a little fiddly putting together, and the little allen key seemed to prefer flying onto the floor than staying in my hand, but half an hour after opening the box and the stand was complete. Not only that, it stood perfectly flat on my floor. I did find two points that I should mention. The plastic "grommets" that fit between the hangers and the main shaft of the stand are only provided for the larger top hangers. I think they should have been provided for the smaller hangers also. Second, the two sections of the main shaft are held together with two very small screws. Mine is holding quite nicely but I did find that one of these screws had an issue with threading. There is a spare screw included just in case there is a future problem but I did feel larger screws might have been better for fixing the two central shafts. Even so, it is holding well and so I am not marking the product down. This has a small footprint so isn't going to take up much space at all wherever you decide to put it. The tripod style for the legs I thought might be a bit awkward and felt four legs would have been better but, I have to say, there is no problem with stability and I have loaded this stand with quite a number of coats and jackets without any issue at all at the moment. This looks good, it holds a lot of items, plenty of room for hats around the top if you wear them, or for draping scarves over the top, and it is proving to be stable. It might have been a fiddle assembling the pieces but a little patience and half an hour did the job. I can definitely recommend this product.

Exactly what we needed! Easy to put together. Very sturdy. One less star because I could have left the light wooden accents but perfect other than that.

I ordered this because the previous one I had from amazon basics broke (the screwhole for the legs got loose, so it just fell). This was very better quality than that and looks good too. It had equal number of hooks but the top hooks are higher, so it fits all sizes too well. It is also quite stable unlike earlier. And this is cheaper too. So good purchase.

I was worried it would be flimsy as it was on the cheaper end of the scale but actually I am really surprised. It looks lovely in the hallway and not cheap looking at all. It took me less than 10 mins to put together on my own and was easy to line up the holes and screws. We have it in a corner and it fits well without sticking out too much. It seems pretty sturdy and holds our coats and bags without complaint and hasn’t fallen over with the dogs running past all the time.

Very stable, does not fall over from the weight from my coats and bags. Most of the screws fit however can be a bit of a struggle to fix some screws in whilst building. Saves a lot of space as you now have a place to hang your bags and coats.

Easy to put together and very sturdy when up. I have knocked stars off because this is not white, it's more of a dark cream colour. Just be aware if you're buying it on the basis that it's advertised as being white.
