Is it compatible with synology nas ds220+ for safe shutdown, in case of power outage?

It is not on the Synology NAS list of compatible UPSs.

Will this power a Cpap machine? For how long?

I would not take a chance, it would not last very long...also i would not trust it, I bought 2 and one went bad the first week.

What regulatory approvals does it have? e.g. UL, CSA, ETL

The product chassis are not marked with UL, CSA or ETL approval. As such, I do not think SKE Energy UPS’s have been tested by these companies. I own three 1250VA/750W units and they work as described by SKE. They have been operational for more than a year. They have supported my systems through many power issues.
