This spray is amazing! I need to tape my joints for exercise but much of my exercise at the moment is in water and none of my tapes would stay stuck! Within 30 minutes and so that's when I had to stop and just sit and watch everyone else having fun at aquac zumba 😭. So I saw this spray and gave it a go today. It was extremely effective, so effective that the tape survived aqua zumba (and it was a really high intensity session, lots of splashing about etc), an hour and a bit swim and a hot shower (that I was in for a while, I stretch in the shower while I shower). It was still stuck! I was amazed. When I removed the tape there was was some residue, but that's to be expected with a sprayed on adhesive. But it was easily removed with a little oil massaged on the skin. So it's really not a problem. I have very sensitive skin, but I had zero reaction to this spray, which surprised me. I expected it to be itchy and irritated but I had absolutely no reaction to it. Which made me very happy! 😄 I highly recommend this spray if you need to tape your joints for for exercise in the water. I was extremely impressed with it and I will be using it each and every time I do my exercise in the water. The photo was taken after aqua zumba, an hour and and a bit doing Lane swimming and my long hot shower. As you can see it's all still firmly stuck to my skin.

Bought this after getting frustrated with tape flapping off after running 5km. Really sticky, make sure you wait until it’s tacky before putting on tape. Ran half marathon yesterday and tape was still stuck fast at the end. Residue is a bit of a problem. Need to try and remove it before it dries otherwise clothing will stick to it and it’s really quite difficult to remove later.

Does exactly what it says on the bottle. Just as sticky as the brand my physio uses but I imagine much cheaper. Quite hard to get off your skin but that is to be expected as with the brand my physio uses

Brought as an emergency for keeping my medical devices (cannula and blood CGM sensor) in place on a heavily water sports based holiday. Worked an absolute dream and my devices didn’t even budge! Also didn’t cause any skin irritation or rashes which was a bonus! Now I can’t live without it worth every penny!

Nice size cannister for travelling. The spray from the nozzle can be quite fast and more like a stream than a wide spray, which is good for accuracy. Although it goes tacky about 20 seconds after spraying and applying tape, I found it not as long lasting as Mueller. Price is fair. Definitely easier to remove than Mueller pretape and not so much glue residue to clean off skin.
