Easy to install directly on the O2 concentrator outlet fitting. Seems to be sturdy enough to last a long time. Simple to unscrew the water cup and reinstall without spilling water. I would buy this same unit again if needed.

Item was shipped quickly. The only downside is that there is no small tube included. My fault I suppose but I assumed it would be included.

The media could not be loaded. We got this to see if it would help with burning nostrils from the constant flow of dry air from the cannula. Be aware that you may need another part to connect this to your oxygen concentrator (a humidifier elbow tubing connector). I like that there aren't a lot of parts to clean, and its clear to see the fill level for water in it.

I have never given a bad review or any review on a purchase, but this annoyed me. This does not come with the necessary adapter to fully utilize it. I had purchased this exact item roughly a year ago and it came with the adapter at that time. This company updated the product listing but removed the adapter which you must now buy separately. I am sure the product will work just fine once I get the other part, but I find this kind of cost saving behavior out of companies annoying so I am giving a bad review.

Does NOT come with the necessary hose to the unit.
