Kind bars what we have been surviving on for breakfast for some time. I am really not sure about the nutrition and have not read much but as long as they are not terrible for us which they are not they are delicious and make do for a small breakfast when you need to run out the door in the morning as often happens. Chocolate may get on your hands

A bar with multiple uses
These are my favorite bars! I eat them for breakfast, as a snack, take them with me on trips, and they are great with coffee. Sometimes I lather on some peanut butter. It's not a candy bar, but it is fun thinking I'm eating one for breakfast, making me feel like a kid.

Loving them for months now
The consistency is great, and it tastes natural. I have been eating them consistently since the summer and never get tired of them. They are sweet but not too sweet (not too much sugar), and the seeds make them taste natural rather than artificial. The portion size is not huge, but I find it ideal for a quick bite in the morning. Buying them in bulk makes sense to save some money, as the individual price is otherwise too high. They do turn stale quickly when opened and not eaten promptly.

Dried out awfully quick!!
I normally like these but nearly every bar of all but one box are hard as a rock. Like so hard that I took a meat tenderizer to the bars just to break them up a bit (to use in place of granola for my yogurt).
