I've reordered this several times with consistent quality and positive outcomes in helping to keep my magnesium levels in range and helping in getting a restful sleep. I use one and a half dropper fulls in a little water an hour before bed.

Easy to take
The fws magnesium is so much better than the pill form. To hard to swallow the pill. The liquid is great.

Good taste because they have no taste. Easy to hide in juice or water.
Very good so far. Easy to hide in juice or water. No taste. I just really don’t know if they help you go to bathroom but maybe in time I will notice a difference.

This magnesium works great. It is pretty sweet but the taste doesn't linger so I can deal with the sweetness. The one negative is dropper is not good. I wish it had markings on it because I don't trust the volume and that's coming from someone who works in a lab and can pipet in their sleep. I keep using it though because it works to keep things moving, I just use a measuring spoon for dosing.

Only thing to work on my leg cramps. Other magnesium didn't absorb as well.
