Great product to use in buttercream before you add a colour. It works really well as it makes the buttercream white so when you then use the colour you want you get the colour you need. Always use this product now.

After struggling, trying and failing to get white buttercream for years....I wish I had found this years ago. Absolutely brilliant stuff. I did use a lot. But covered 3 tiers of cake. No horrible after taste like with others I have tried before. Tasted like buttercream. And is very white. I did beat the butter for a few minites first to get it paler. Then added icing sugar and the whitener. Amazing stuff. Will be buying again.

It's great Whitener, a little thick but good. Only one close to this is wilton but I liked the bottle being 500ml so had to get it as I use loads of the stuff.. however, I don't understand why the bottle is only half full! It's obviously 500ml but in 800-1000ml bottle, if you seen this in person first then open it you'd be fuming. Having said that it's good value etc just a ridiculous sized bottle, the pics is an unused bottle
