For soup how much water to use for one satchet??

It depends on what you are using it for. If for a drink I use three teaspoons, for soup/stews I put it all in. I put seaweed in as well.

Cooking instructions please?

There are no cooking instructions, these sachets of intense flavour can literally be added to anything. I used them initially in miso broths where they really intensify the flavours. Now though I will add a sachet to casseroles, gravies, or anything where I think an extra boost of flavour is needed. I would thoroughly recommend.
