I wish it was rechargeable, it doesn’t work without being plugged

I originally ordered two cameras when they were on sale as a twofer, and didn't get around to setting them up for a week or two. When I did finally get to it, the first one was a breeze, but the second one failed in updating and would not connect. I went through all the motions and did every suggested step, and finally reached out for better help. What I got was above and beyond--after coming to the conclusion that the update failed and there was faulty software, originally it was suggested that I use a micro-sd card and some complicated mumbo jumbo to fix it. Initially, I agreed--Nooie even offered to send me the card. But then they followed up and said they were just going to replace the camera--WITH an upgraded model. Both cameras work beautifully, the quality is incredible for the price!! I can see my whole baby's room crystal clear with both versions (although I don't have both set up in the same rooms LOL). I could not sing their praises enough, because the rep I spoke with was beyond kind and so sweet.

I first ordered the Nooie 360 Camera for my newborn's nursery. It was and still is amazing. Now that my daughter is mobile, I decided to invest in a couple more cameras. I opted for this set since I didn't need them to be fancy like the 360 and it came with 2 cameras. I've had them for a couple of weeks now and I'm so happy with them. The quality of the night vision is excellent. So is the zoom. The two-way audio capability is great. While there is a little lag in the audio when I'm talking into it from the app, there is very little lag in the actual video and audio recording (less than a second). The playback features are great. I'm a single mom so it's hard to capture moments and through the camera I was able to capture standing unassisted! I saw it live but was then able to go back and record it! They also have incredible customer service. I've had two issues in the past with the 360 and they were more related to the recording and server than the cameras itself. They were quick to respond and offer solutions as well as compensation or perks for my trouble. I had concerns at one point about hacking but they explained in detail not only what happened to cause my concern, but also the steps they take to ensure security and privacy on their end. Finally they are so easy to use and installation is really simple. I change my Wi-Fi password regularly so I have to reset the cameras each time and it being easy to update my Wi-Fi is important.

I absolutely love these cameras!!! The view is great and I really like the night vision part of it. It like that the app lets you connect multiple cameras to it as well. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for baby cameras that are not going to break the bank yet are good quality for your money.

Very happy with this indoor monitor system! We already owned nooie360 cameras we had been using as monitors in our kid’s rooms. I was having a connectivity issue with one of them and the customer service was exceptional. The rep suggested other nooie products I might be interested in trying, this one being one of them. After arriving, installation was very easy with no issues connecting. I really like the wide angle the camera captures so I’m able to see most of the space I’m wanting to see at once (without needing to pan like I did with the 360) The image is surprisingly clear both during the day and when in night vision mode which was a pleasant surprise! The audio has a bit of a lag but not so much that it doesn’t do the job it needs to do. At first I was disappointed in my having not realized the camera only tilts up and down and do not offer the ability to pan as our other cameras do but again, the wide angle makes up for that and I’ve decided I like that more now that we’ve been using them for a bit. Another feature I like is the slim design. It isn’t bulky and it very lightweight so it isn’t as much of an eyesore as some monitor cameras sometimes are 😬 All in all, a great product for the price!

After buying one camera, I decided to go ahead and get more. These cameras are amazing for the price. They have zoom capabilities, night vision, crystal clear pictures. It has 24/7 recording, sound recording, motion dection, sound detection. Definitely gives me peace of mind. I also got the outdoor camera for my front door. very excited for this one too!
