SiS GO Gels are designed to be consumed without water, offering a convenient option during training and competition. Depleting carbohydrate stores during exercise can contribute to fatigue, and consuming carbohydrate during prolonged endurance exercise helps maintain physical performance. Each gel provides 20 grams of carbohydrate and can be easily carried in a pocket or race belt without the need for bulky bottles Ingredients Water, maltodextrin, natural flavouring, gelling agents (xanthan gum, gellan gum), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), sweetener (acesulfame K), sodium chloride, antioxidant (ascorbic acid) Directions Consume up to 3 sachets per 60 minutes during exercise as required.
