Excellent fit, not too tight and not too loose. I can certainly feel the support when doing squats. Just make sure you measure your knee as instructed before you purchase and you will not be disappointed.

Provides excellent cushioning and support through tout the full range of motion especially during squats. Only downside is that neoprene gives OD our when sweaty.

I am wearing this sleeve to support my knee whilst doing my exercise classes and it’s working very well. My knee feels much more secure and less painful. Very happy with this product, it’s comfortable and flexible.

I measured carefully, ordered the appropriate size, and I can’t even get the product up beyond my calf muscle. It’s too small and there is so little stretch in it. It’s padded with little give. Sorry, but definitely did not work for me.

Ho acquistato queste ginocchiere da 7mm perché volevo tenere al sicuro le mie ginocchia durante le sessioni di allenamento. Ho da poco iniziato a praticare crossfit ed ero terrorizzato dal forzare sulle ginocchia. Il prodotto è un ottimo supporto, ti fa sentire al sicuro, il neoprene fa il suo dovere e mi ritengo soddisfatto. La vestibilità è buona, stringono come deve essere e i materiali sono di qualità. Considerate che le lavo in lavatrice due volte a settimana e non hanno ceduto di un millimetro.

Llegaron bien y a tiempo. Se ven de buena calidad pero al usarlas no aprietan mucho, compre la talla chica, siguiendo las instrucciones de medición, mi rodilla mide 33cm de diámetro y no me aprietan, al usarlas se van bajando un poco. Para alguien que necesita buen soporte para cargas pesadas como en powerlifting no las recomiendo, pero si no se carga tanto pues si podrían apoyar.

Fits snug but you have to measure exactly. These are the best knee pads I’ve ever used for working out. They are a little thick and snug but don’t slide down or curl down at the top of the knee. They feel comfortable while supporting the knees during a workout. I would recommend.
