Chemistry and water is always maintained properly.After doing a good amount of research, agreed with other posts that maybe a few years of life, likely to rip on deck or get punctured first, solar cover does not hold up to saltwater.The value was good, first time trying a leaf net. Overall if you are looking for a average quality product and will likely need to replace it every few years then it is a good purchase.The thickness was nothing remarkable, the grommets were spaced well which helped. Able to put on with one person, more than adequate extra on the sides. The net was a good idea, purchased as a package which added a little value. Went with 48 clips this year which also helped.Not really impressed with quality. The ‘reversible’ aspect may be true, but seems incidental from manufacturing. The grommets were mispunched, most still had plastic like a cheap shower curtain. The winches and cable were thin gauge compared to the old one. Netting was low quality. Warranty is virtually worthless, looks like after year 2, only 65% is covered with additional exceptions on day one. No information or ‘tips to extend life’ or instructions in package.So far the cover is working. It stained immediately from the salt. I stretched the net using tie downs and zip ties to the grommets on the cover to keep it under tension instead of using the winch and cable and it is working well.
