Fast and easy to install
After testing 2 different devices, this was the one that really was plug and display. As I already had DisplayLink installed, as soon as I connected the docking station to my Macbook Air M2, it already recognized it, and as soon as I connected my 2 external monitors, it quickly recognized both as well. Now I can work with 3 screens as I wanted. It was great!

The best USB 3.0 dock ever.
I have a stylish notebook , and as any (intel base built-in VGA) supports single external FullHD/4K display through the HDMI port or native dock or even thunderbolt.i want to add a second display. The solutions is to use Graphics thunderbolt enclosure or use Displaylink USB 3.0and i prefer this dock with displaylink based chip as it can be connected to any USB3.0 port of the native dock.pros :-Two 4k displays either DP or HDMI (HDMI doesn't need USB-C alternate DP mode as mis-mentioned in item listing) , i have tested 4K videos and it works smoothly.-6 USB 3.0 ports : 2 USB-C and one always charge port.-Audio through DP or HDMI or even USB audio driver.-LAN connection and i have tested to transfer large file over LAN while playing 4K video and the tranfer speed is not affected.-Compitable with any PC as USB3.0 connection is sufficient for all function to work.-I have tested to connect notebook using USB-C/thunderbolt port and it charges notebook smootly.cons : -display will work only after boot to windows , while thunderbolt based graphics dock , will drive display even in booting bios.

Works for Macbook Pros, but has a number of issues.
I bought this to act as a hub between my Macbook Pro and my two HDMI output monitors after striking out with a smaller splitter. The construction is great. Pretty solid. However, I didn't look closely when I purchased this and while it does work with Macs, you need to install DirectLink drivers. Then, once you get it working, the refresh rate is abysmal due to the USB-C output and it's reliance on DirectLink. I'm not blaming WAVLINK, as they state it clearly on the box. However, if you are used to 60hz or higher on your Mac, the lag is noticeable. I decided to return this and go with a different hub that uses Thunderbolt 3, but based on the glowing reviews of this dock, I'm sure this works well for PCs.
