Everyone who uses paper cups should buy this! It's the same size as a Starbucks Venti, the lid screws on safely and easily, it keeps the coffee hot, it's comfortable and easy to grip, and there's no unpleasant smell or aftertaste which you sometimes get with reusable plastic cups. It's biodegradable, it looks very smart and it's cheap. Starbucks gives a 25p discount if your bring your own cup, so this will pay for itself after 20 coffees.It's also quick and easy to clean with plain water. There's no annoying coffee stain which you sometimes get with reusable plastic cups. It's great for baristas because the cup and the lid are very stiff, which makes it easy to put the lid on properly. So you don't get the messy, scalding accidents which sometimes happen when you try to fit the flimsy Starbucks lid to the squashy paper cup. To be honest this cup is such a winner that Starbucks should sell it in every branch.If I had to improve it, I'd ditch the spare sleeve and lid. They're not necessary, and a bit of a waste. And I'd put a great big arrow on the lid so that the baristas know to screw it on, and not just force it downwards the way they do with the paper cups. And it would be neat to have a way of showing your order and your name on the cup, so the barista doesn't have to write a ticket. We need some sort of washproof label or something.

My only criticism is that I searched under everything under the sun and didn't find a non metal, non plastic, 20 ounce travel mug for ages.Once I got it I was very excited. Great mug, love how the lid screws on properly and especially that there is no bad taste added to your coffee. Add in how environmentally friendly it is too and you are on to a winner.I tried the company website in hope for a better colour range and couldn't find the mug on the website at all.Great product just get us some more colours / patterns. I'd pay extra for that.

I bought this but had to return it as there was a defect, the supplier contacted me to say they were sorry and would replace it - which they did very swiftly. I’ve now been using the cup for a week and I’m really impressed. First it’s a big cup, which is plus, and it’s a screw lid which means the lid doesn’t flip off when it’s in my car cup holder and I change gear. Being bamboo it’s got an unusual feel, not as cold as porcelain but it feels a bit like drinking out of stoneware, this initially put me off, but actually was very easy to get used to. My other concern was that being a bamboo lid it was difficult to get lipstick stains off, but after a run through the dishwasher it’s all clean. I’d buy it again.

What I wanted was something I could use instead of paper cups at Starbucks, and ideally one that I could fill up at home before the walk to work, or fill from the jug at work before walking home.Criteria:- has to be big enough for a "Venti" Starbucks size - check- has to be dishwasher safe (most aren't, and if you ignore the manufacturer recommendations they warp and start to leak) - check- has to be robust enough to dump in the rucksack and treat badly - check- has to not leak (obvious but not a given) - check- has to be up to holding a hot drink - check, but see below.On my first use I got a bit of leakage, and emailed the seller to report it. By the time they'd replied - which was very quick - I'd tried it again without problem and many times since, so the lesson is to line the lid up and close it firmly (both easy to do but not impossible to fail at). You learn quickly though.They come with a silicone sleeve to help with hot drinks; for my large hands the sleeve is a little small. But they do come with a second sleeve (and lid) in a different colour and they can be stacked to fix this. Probably won't affect many people anyway.For the money it's a bargain. Add in the customer service and it's a steal. The colour options make it easier to have more than one in the house and know whose is whose.Can't recommend more. Mine is used daily and I wouldn't be without it. My wife has one too now and she's equally happy.

Essentiall part of my morning routine. Very robust and with the lid on, it keeps my tea warm. The lid closes good with no leaks due to a rubber seal.I would definitely recommend this cup

The cup gets quite hot which doesn't bother me but others using it don't like. It leaks sometimes when drinking from it which has cascaded coffee into my daughters lap! We're not sure why it sometimes leaks and sometimes not. I have better cups but I like the rigid lid and interchangeable lid/sleeve. Its also eco friendly.

Really good cup and great size. Only negative us the actual cup is very hot so definitely need the rubber band to protect your hand. Would recommend.

The cup arrived quickly and in apppearance looked great. However when it came to using it, due to a manufacturing fault there was a small gap between the lid and the cup which resulted in hot tea spilling out the side when tipped up to drink.Needless to say I returned it and was given a full refund.
