I love this product, been drinking it for over a year and go through one container in 3 weeks. I use frozen berries or fresh berries, chunks of frozen avocado pieces which I microwave the frozen fruits and veggies to soften them for the blender. Then I add about a tsp. of FINE flax seed, fine chia seeds, to (30 calorie )Almond Milk. Sometimes I put Kale in the mix. I mix it all in my bullet blender, (which I iove) and drink this every morning, fills me up. I have maintained my weight and usually holds me over until lunch. I think it is very healthy and I am thoroughly hooked on it. I wish the price was a little lower, but on Amazon, I get the shipment practically the next day. I AM HOOKED :) Unfortunately, they are out of stock at this time.

This seems to be a very nice brand of black seed oil. The capsules are a tiny bit smaller than the others I was taking, and there really isn't much taste at all. Not taking it for pain, so I can't comment on that.

Product arrived quickly and packed great. Took as directed and really was hopping for results but unfortunately did not feel any. Missed the deadline to return.

I've tried many different green powders and saw this at a store and picked it up to try. I mix it with almond milk and a small piece of banana for my morning smoothie. The taste is just fine. It says the flavor is berry and just has a light flavor plus mixing it with something else dilutes the flavor. I noticed that over the period of about a month that I started losing a couple of pounds not even changing anything else. I credit that to this powder. I only use half a serving daily too. Now I'm hooked. I just bought my second one from Amazon. Price is definitely higher but couldn't find it anywhere else. To be able to keep a few pounds off is definitely worth the extra money.

I have been reading about the mental effects of this product and its ability to provide mental clarity and focus. I decided to try it and I can say that I am pleasantly surprised with its effects. Not only does it provide some clarity (I seem to be less foggy), it has aided in lowering my blood pressure as well. I take one capsule in the morning with a 750 mg of olive leaf extract and a cup of hibiscus mint tea along with a capsule of the black seed oil in the afternoon and I have noticed that my BP has gone from an average of 143/88 to an average of 125/75. I will probably continue to use the combination I just mentioned for the rest of my life!

With 120 in the bottle, I thought this would last me for at least 2 months. However, I still felt pain in my knees when just taking the recommended daily amount. I ran through this in month. I will not be buying this anymore and will go back to the liquid oil form from another brand
