After watching a recent interview with Catherine Arnston on youtube I was interested in trying this product. I have purchased spirulina and chlorella in other forms but was not aware that some algae products are not produced using fresh water. I'm very happy to have come across this product. I've noticed a difference in focus and energy just within a couple of days.

Health benefits:So far I'm loving these bits. Bits of energy. I feel great already. My hair is much better since I started taking these. I will continue taking these for all of the benefits I am seeing.

One of these tiny tablets has more plant protein than an entire plate of vegetables! I love that! I feel like they give me energy too. Right now I feel like I will be taking these very long term……super healthy!!Algae provides 200 times more protein per acre than cattle farming!

Haven't been able to try them very long but so far so good. Easy to take as a tablet, I really haven't cared for the flavor in the past but with the tablets I don't taste it. Haven't noticed too much else but it's only been a couple days.

I tried both the Energy and Beauty bits just to see if I could tolerate them after watching several You Tubes posts about this company’s products. I love the research Catherine has done and will be purchasing more to achieve the health and longevity that I can achieve. If we are going to live here, we may as well look healthy and feel good! they are easy to take so far, a bit pricey....I will upgrade my review later after trying them.

Waiting to see the effects. I just got them but the taste is natural I noticed no strong smells and the color is dark green.
