Does this fit a Vauxhall insignia 2017?

This will fit most vehicle’s however it’s quite flimsy. I had one in a Picanto and a Sportage I now have one in a Honda CRV. I have 3 Shih Tzus and one of them can manoeuvre himself through if he sees something he wants! I now have extra security on it with 2 black cable ties. The bigger/wider the car the more flimsy it is. Honestly though for the price, it works well enough.

Can you buy replacement for stoppers for the dog guard

Don't know, never had to replace, could try searching on websites, or intact one of the suppliers

I cant release the telescopic pole, how do u do this?

They should just turn and slide out . I was very disappointed with mine as the plastic cups didn’t fit on the poles and it didn’t fit my kangoo Hope you have more luck

will this for a vw scirocco 2013?

Yes , the basic frame adjusts easily and is very adaptable
