No pressure, easy to insert and turn! We had the other style hose big spigots which don’t have the pressure release and one side of our home seems to hold more pressure and I find it near impossible to even get the thing on, and even after running it quite violently spits water at you when you take it off. I hated it. Yet, I keep this style attached to our hose and I didn’t want to have to remove it, so problem solved, we ordered another. This is the style to go with for ease of inserting, removing, eliminates pressure build up, and is just all around more user friendly!
