First class in all areas. 🥇Communication was excellent, they were patient (and courteous!) with me and my many questions. Delivery exactly as predicted and the battery is PERFECT! It fits just right and works fine. To me it looks exactly like my old battery. The only difference is that it costs less than half of what the bike shop was going to charge me. So Happy Times😁😁😁 Seller highly recommended.

Does not fit Carrera bikes , if you buy you will have to return at your expense .

I was not sure if the battery fits to my French Ebike - Scrapper EMC4 bike which I had bought at authority auction w/o battery, keys and charger. Originally this bike has a battery with 6 pins battery dock connector (with Bluetooth etc.). I was afraid that there is a CAN protocol needed but at the end it turned out that 2-pin version was compatible. The Ananda factory representative informed that I only need the Red and Black wiring attached, forget all the rest and your motor will work just fine. We agreed with the battery seller that return costs will be on me if the battery would not work. But it did fit. Someone has reported that charger is noisy. It is not IMO. It was delighted that the battery lock and 2-keys were included, so everything was there to make my bike work again. I have used the battery only a couple full charging cycles, so don't know what the actual range will be as it takes about 4-5 cycles to reach the max. capacity. This is a wish for other people bought this battery: Please write a review and information for which bike brand and model you have bought this battery. It helps other to decide if they want to order or not. It was very difficult to find information if the battery fits to my bike or not. Then I learned that it is compatible with Telefunken Einsteiger 925 which also has a Ananda motor. Seller told me that if the battery is not compatible, it is on me to pay the returning costs. I agreed, did not even know that it would be possible t return a battery. Luckily I did not have to do it.

Bateria pasuje idealnie do mojego roweru i mam wrażenie, że jest mocniejsza od oryginalnej. Stwirdzam to po przebytym dystansie km. Oby żywotność była też długa.
