Wow!!!
This is a great product, I have been taking this for about a week and I feel amazing, very alert, energised, more focused when meditating and my dreams are so vivid. There are many wonders that the earth provides for us and this is one of them.The only done side is taking it, I take a teaspoon at night placed to the back of my tongue, I then wash it down with pure!!!! Water! You could however mix it with a fruit juice or honey and water. Enjoy 👍🏾

Not happy with this Haritaki
I have no idea what real Haritaki is and what is not. I first bought haritaki capsules from another company and I felt awesome which is why I decided to purchase the powder. This one did not do it for me. Really disappointed.

Deep sleep & exercise recovery
I like this product,as I have stated previously, half a teaspoonful and I sleep very well indeed,excellent for recovery from hard martial art & other intense exercise, I also meditate & this definitely improves insight & dreams
