It’s a plus that it works with the Quad Lock platform which I have now standardized on since using to secure my iPhone in my Indian Scout Rogue. I was hesitant to waste money on another vent holder as they rarely work and wind up in the junk draw. The reviews convinced me to give it a shot and… Wow. It’s great and rock solid. Like it was installed by my car guy. The unit let me perfectly position it right where i need it. I had the window mount before this one but it obstructed my view and was a stretch to reach. Get this and the charger top. Cry about the cost once and enjoy it every time you get in the car. I included a bunch of photos with different angles so you can see how mine is installed. I love it and highly recommend it. Well designed, simple to use and built to last. Enjoy!

Installed in BMW X5. This design is the best vent holder I have ever used and I have tried them all.
