Lovely case though. V. good quality.(Excellent for the price) shame about the damage, but I'm not marking the seller down, just because the postman bashed it about a bit. I needed one for myself and decided to try this one. Absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a gift for someone who has everything this would be the perfect gift. It's really well made and looks brilliant once I put my watches in it. Perfect gift plus keeps all your precious watches safe and scratch free, well, in storage anyway. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Flawed Design *by J***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 October 2017* I'm keeping this even though it came with a couple of significant design flaws. First, the pillows are loose being 1 cm in diameter smaller than the compartments the go into. This means that the watches are jostled about from side to side, rocking on the strap buckles beneath the pillows. This movement can easily cause the crown of one watch to contact the side of the watch next to it, potentially making scratches. The loose pillows also cause the watches to bang against the unpadded lid when the case is moved. If I travel with this case I will have to put something like cotton wool into the gaps around the pillows to keep them from moving, as well as a layer of bubble wrap on top of the watches. Also, the ribbion connecting the left side of the case to the lid was too short, meaning the lid wouldn't stay open unless propped up with a pencil or something. I ended up cutting out the ribbon because of this, which made the lid flop most of the way backward, and I suspect that the vinyl/fabric "hinge" will wear out quickly because of this . Ediited to add: The seller promptly offered a return or partial refund. I accepted the partial refund as I decided to keep it for another use besides storing watches.
